Tacco 12? Si può con il Pilates dei piedi

Camminare senza tacchi è una tortura. Sì, avete capito benissimo. Camminare senza tacchi mi fa sentire meno bella, meno forte e meno alta! La mia falcata si allunga e vedo il mondo da una prospettiva diversa.

Naturalmente è necessario fare un’attività compensativa, perchè i problemi collegati ai tacchi alti ormai li conosciamo tutte: circolazione, appoggio del piede, ginocchia e tanto altro ancora.

Il Pilates dei piedi mi sembra il più adatto, sia da fare a casa semplicemente sdraiata a terra con un cuscino sotto le ginocchia e ruotando i piedi per 10 volte prima a destra e poi a sinistra, sia al mare camminando sulla sabbia e sul  bagnasciuga, sia durante la mia lezione di Pilates dove posso riattivare la circolazione, prevenire gonfiori e pesantezza e poi via…di nuovo sui tacchi!
