Here you can have a look to some of its most recent promotion projects.

NU.DA. – Nuova Danza

NU.DA. – Nuova Danza is an original web streaming event format that promotes young Italian choreography.

Sofa Dance Festival

Sofa Dance Festival is a web review of video dance born by Elisa Guzzo Vaccarino, critic and dance historian, and Gabriella Stazio, choreographer and artistic director of Movimento Danza.
The project was born during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown: with the forced closure of theaters and dance centers, the only possible shows were those on TV and on the Internet.

Second Hand – Di Seconda Mano

Second Hand – Di Seconda Mano is an historical festival dedicated to choreography and young creativity.
Conceived and directed by Gabriella Stazio, since 2006 the festival brings to Naples innovative, original and different ideas, triggering comparisons and dialogues between local, national and international authors on dance and contemporary cultural issues.

CAM CAM / Dance for Camera is a video dance award for artists under 35.
The call was created with the aim of exploring and analyzing the world of video dance as an interconnection between the world of dance, audiovisual language and body language, and how these three tracks can intersect through the use of new technologies experimenting with innovative media, genres and formats.

Dancecrossing | New models of cultural mobility was created with the goal of promoting more sustainable models for mobility, promotion of artists and circulation of works through the sharing of practices, experiences and skills. The goal is the realization of performances, shows, exhibitions in theaters or places of historical and cultural interest, by companies, groups and individual artists, and also moments of encounter and exchange between young artists and senior artists to expand the panorama, even outside the traditional circuits of distribution.

“Giornata Mondiale della Danza” is the Italian translation for “International Dance Day“, established by the UNESCO International Dance Council  since 1982 and  promoted for the first time in Italy by Gabriella Stazio and Movimento Danza, in Napoli, since 2001.
The format created by Gabriella Stazio, afterwards replicated in many others Italian cities, is based on free performances, meetings, public interviews, show-competitions, masterclass, workshops and lessons.
